At Carlson Leadership Academy an abundance of alumni came out and gave presentation about what a leader is and about how leaders should want their legacy to carry. They gave lots of interaction with members and help interact people with one another to see how they can improve

Brothers from the chapter participated in specific meetings to see how they can advance in their officer position or how they become more of a leader in the chapter. Members got to experience the differences between chapters and see how they run things and find innovations to bring back home. Branching out and finding connections with Epsilons all over the southern area and finding ties to help each other in the future. 

Everyone who came out had a fantastic learning experience, and if you would like to donate to help more brothers attend CLA and get the same encounters.
